Ultimo aggiornamento: 22 luglio 2026
Puoi cancellare tutti i dati salvati in qualsiasi momento dalla schermata Impostazioni dell'app ("Cancella tutti i dati"), oppure disinstallando l'app.

Introspetto is a personal journaling app. This policy explains what data is processed and how.
Your journal entries, associated moods, and settings (language, AI endpoint, optional personal API key) are stored exclusively locally on your phone, using the app's storage, encrypted with a key held in the operating system's protected area (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android) — never shared with us or any server. We do not create an account and do not sync this data to our servers. If you uninstall the app or use the "Delete all data" function, this information is permanently removed.
You can export your entries to a file at any time from the Settings screen. The exported file is not encrypted (so it can be read again on another device), and you choose where to save it — it is not uploaded to our servers.
If you enable the daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device, handled entirely by the operating system. We do not send notifications from a server: they are generated locally on the phone.
When you use the AI reflection feature, the text of the journal entry you write (and, for weekly insights, your recent entries) is sent to a backend processing service operated by the developer, which forwards it to Groq Inc. (the language model provider) to generate a response. This only happens when you write an entry and actively use the AI feature — never in the background. The text is not stored by our backend: it is forwarded and the response returned, without keeping a server-side copy, aside from Groq's own standard temporary technical logs necessary for the service to function, subject to their privacy policy.
If you set your own personal Groq API key in Settings, the text is still sent to Groq the same way, while the key itself is stored only on your device.
You can delete all saved data at any time from the app's Settings screen ("Delete all data"), or by uninstalling the app. For any questions about this policy, contact: omarzappella@gmail.com.
The app is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
This policy may be updated in the future; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
